KidzEra’s main activities include investment in the development and operation of K-12 schools and other supporting initiatives. The holding company, Madaares Private Joint Stock Company (PJSC), owns 100% of KidzEra PJSC and KidzEra Management LLC (previously known as Beacon Management LLC). The company is governed by a nine-member Board of Directors chaired by prominent Emirati businessman Khalid Al Tayer. In 2019, KidzEra appointed Alan Williamson as the new Chief Executive Officer.

American Academy for Girls

American Academy for Girls (AAG) was founded in 2005 and offers the American Curriculum based on Kansas Common Core standards. AAG is an all-girls school from Grade 1 to Grade 12 (Pre-KG to KG 2 co-educational). AAG is fully accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) and the Council of International Schools (CIS) and is rated Good by KHDA.
